I Am Having Lower Left Abdominal Pain Into My Left

I am having lower left abdominal pain into my left side and back. The pain flares up after eating and moving around. The pain goes from dull to sharp and stabbing. It started 2 days ago, yesterday was the worst with vomiting due to pain. Today not as painful but still painful. Took a laxative thinking it my be constipation but have gone 3 times today and still having the pain. No pain with urination and no blood.
