I Am Having Many Issues With My Bowels. I Have

I am having many issues with my bowels. I have been diagnosed with IBS-C, diverticulosis and back up of food in my stomach. I do have GERD as well. Right now I have diarrhea with gobs of mucus that lays on top as well as like oblong balls. I have very harsh cramps especially when moving my bowels and lets up a little bit in between bowel movements. I have gone 10 times today and 6 times last night after I had to take dulcolax Tuesday night. I have had colonoscopies, CT scans, endoscopes, and many other tests. I just had 8 weeks of iron infusions and had the aortic valve replaced and had numerous complications. Do you know what may be the cause because my GI is blowing me off.
