I Am Having Mid Cycle Bleeding. I Have Never Had

I am having mid cycle bleeding. I have never had this before. I am 38, TTC for five years. Ovulated 2 days ago according to ov test. I had a miscarriage 5 months ago at 11 weeks pregnant after a third cycle of IVF. Could the light bleeding be due to ovulation or a sign I am peri menopausal? I am also having period-like pains, bad enough for a hot water bottle. The bleeding came last night (only when I wiped, light pink) then went again, and is back again tonight after having nothing all day.
