I Am Having Mild To Moderate Chest Pain On Right

I am having mild to moderate chest pain on right side behind breast. Deep breaths cause a sharper pain. This has been since early this morning with no improvement. I had a PE about 3 years ago, but it was after surgery. Do yo think I should go to the ER?
