I Am Having Moderate Pain In My Lower Left Back.

I am having moderate pain in my lower left back. It doesn't feel like a pulled muscle as the pain is more cramps like severe menstrual cramps. I am 7 years post menopausal so that is not it. I tried a muscle relaxer and an NSAIDs (nambumetone) which didn't help so I don't think it is muscular.
