I Am Having Much Trouble With Nasal Congestion Due To

I am having much trouble with nasal congestion due to the virus going around. I cannot take much in the way of decongestants due to High Blood Pressure. I stopped my Flomax at the directions of my Doctor, due to it adding more congestion. I have tried Tea's with Nettle and Tulsi as well as Ginger types of teas, and while I thought they were working, the only thing I think that is really working is Phenylephrine HCL 10 mg, and Chloropeniramine maleate 4 mg. in the Wal-marts brand of Suphedrine PE. What is the risk of taking this in spiking my Blood Pressure into the danger zone.
