I Am Having Muscle Stiffness, Cramps Especially At Night Or

I am having muscle stiffness, cramps especially at night or when I try to stretch, I have been having constipation and using seniority nightly, as well as a tight feeling at the top front of my head , along with mental fog and signs that are scary like early dementia! In past I have had slightly high calciums and told not to take supplements , so am on a vit D and drink one to two fortified Almond milks daily .I am 58 yrs old Just recently started on Estrone smallest dose. Muscle cramps are more pronounced after using this . Are these symptoms important enough to go to physician or emergency if I can't get into physician?
