I Am Having My Period For About 3 Weeks Now.

I am having my period for about 3 weeks now. It's brown and red at times. I just recently had an IUD replaced. I have had them before and this has never happened, just the past few days I have had sharp cramping. My youngest child is 5 so it's not from pregnancy.
