I Am Having Neck Problems And Have Had An MRI

I am having neck problems and have had an MRI showing Facet joint arthritis, fm narrowing, bone spurs, and some spinal canal narrowing. what I want to know is, why do I get a catch in my neck when I turn my head? Could be either left or right and just comes out of no where. Feels like it catches on something and the lets loose.
