I Am Having Needle Like Pain In My Right Side,

I am having needle like pain in my right side, lots of needles, I have had a swelling there and it has gone down some.
My doctor had me on aspirin after surgery for a broken leg and I am not suppose to take aspirin but he would not listen to me. I gave him all my records but he did not read them
