I Am Having Nerve Activity In My Head And Neck,

I am having nerve activity in my head and neck, with shooting tingling stemming from my neck down both arms to my forearms and hands. I cannot lie down as the issue in my head and face with my nerve is very uncomfortable. I have random pains that shot through my eyes. I am having a sensation of hearing a static sound in my ears when I have a shooting pulse that stems from my neck.
