I Am Having Numbness In My Right Arm And Very

I am having numbness in my right arm and very slight numbness on the right side of head/face. I am experiencing high anxiety with rapid heart beat and nervousness. It is 4 am and I am tired but unable to sleep. Earlier today i had a headache. I am on bruproprion 150 mg, prenatals, vitamin d3 and ocella. What could this be? Should I seek emergency help? Please answer asap
