I Am Having Occasional Pain About 1 To 2 Inches

I am having occasional pain about 1 to 2 inches below my sternum. I find myself burping more and it helps relieve the pain. I do feel like I am bloated. I only had acid reflux maybe 4 times in my sleep last year. Heartburn maybe 10 times last year. I don't have a sore throat. I am a smoker, male, and 57 years old. I weigh 160 pounds, but this a few pounds more than my normal weight. The medication I take is trazodone 100MG,lamotrigine 200MG for sleep, clonazepam for anxiety and sleep, and oxycodone10MG 3X day for back pain.
