I Am Having Pain Around The Navel Area. The Pain

I am having pain around the navel area. The pain was excruciating last weekend. It's still sore, but not like it was. The pain started in my right side and through the days it moved to my left then under my left breast area. It is now around the navel area. I had hernia surgury in 2005 & also they took out my gallbladder at the same time. The doctor that did my surgury no longer lives here. Please give me an ideal of what might be happening.
