I Am Having Pain At The Anus While Passing Stool.a

I am having pain at the anus while passing stool.a lump of nearly the shape of a small grape also comes out.do i have piles?at present blood is not coming out but sometimes it does.i am suffering pretty badly.can you
recommend something?nd just to inform you i had steven jhonson dyndrome from cifran-ct earlier.
