I Am Having Pain In Finger Tip Randomly For Few

I am having pain in finger tip randomly for few min idk why but i checked the skin btw my nail and finger tip is just a bit cut idk how its pretty small i can see skin through cut but why its hurting my finger tip?i dont think its serious there is not bleeding or anything there
