I Am Having Pain In My Back On The Right

I am having pain in my back on the right side shank. I am not showing signs of a fever or constipation however been urinating a lot, about every hour or two. I do wake up with a dry, extremely, mouth as well as getting up usually twice to go to the bathroom. I am a 51 yr old female should I be concerned.
