I Am Having Pain In My Chest. Not Sure If

I am having pain in my chest. Not sure if it is heartburn. Have had it before. Multiple times. Took Gaviscon but that has not helped. It hurts right in the middle of my chest in a small area. I feel the pain in my back too. It is a sharp pain that gets intense then subsides but keeps reoccurring. I ate ice cream about 30 minutes prior to this happening. I'm don't know what to do to make it better. Earlier today I had a headache and took Excedrin Migraine. I got my hair highlighted today and the fumes give me a headache. The pain is sharp. It feels like something is stuck but drinking water does not help.
