I Am Having Pain In My Chest And Becomes More

I am having pain in my chest and becomes more intense when I take a deep breath and pain in my left shoulder blade, as well as some vision issue like it is blurry, some tingling in my left arm and hand. Could that just be problems with my cervical and thoracic spine which I see a chiropractor for or should I be more concerned?
