I Am Having Pain In My Heel, Ankle, Back Of

I am having pain in my heel, ankle, back of leg, walk like a cripple for the first while out of bed, gets better as day goes, but today still aching. I have not to my knowledge done anything to injure it, just regular workdays, gardening and a bit of ladder work.
