I Am Having Pain In My Left Arm. More Of

I am having pain in my left arm. More of a weak/throbbing feeling. Its under my axilla, thru my interior elbow to my ring and pinky fingers. I am 26 with no medical history. The pain began after taking off my rain coat. The inside of the rain coat has a very stiff zipper that runs from my armpit to the inside of my elbow. Do you think this could be a nerve injury issue?
