I Am Having Pain In My Left Arm, Right Below

I am having pain in my left arm, right below the shoulder. I took some ibuprofen but it barely touched it. It is not in the joint but I feel it deep in the flesh of my arm. It is not radiating lower, should I be worried about having a heart attack?
