I Am Having Pain In My Lower Abdomen/pelvis Are On

I am having pain in my lower abdomen/pelvis are on the left side. It started about 6 days after my cycle (I've had it a few times now, not just this month), so it's not pains from ovulation (although it does feel like that or menstrual cramps, but again based on timing it's neither of those).
