I Am Having Pain In My Lower Left Abdomen. It

I am having pain in my lower left abdomen. it is a constant dull pain at times it becomes sharp. I feel extremely bloted . I can not use the bathroom and when I do seem very small compared to how bloated I feel. I am unable to sleep I can seem to get in a comfortable position.
