I Am Having Pain In My Lower, Left Side. I'm

I am having pain in my lower, left side. I'm a 34 year old female. The pain is between my pelvis and hip bone and goes around my waist but not to my back. It mimics a gas pain feeling but with a sharper, constant feel. I can not stand up immediately or walk without feeling it. I can not stay in a comfortable position either. I have a umbilical hernia and was recently diagnosed via ultrasound having a small cyst on my left ovary.
