I am having pain in my lower leg on tibia bone, there is a swelling, but pain is related to activities, not in rest time, that is mechanical pain, when taking rest not pain, and I took 4 doctor treatment... they said me.. Two possibilities are there 1 - stress fracture, or its osteoid osteoma
