I Am Having Pain In My Lower Right Abdomen. After

I am having pain in my lower right abdomen. After having an ultrasound we have ruled out apendicitis but it did show a dominant follicle. The pain is sharp and stabbing and it comes and goes. it will be very bad for weeks and then it will go away for weeks.
