I Am Having Pain In My Right Arm From My

I am having pain in my right arm from my shoulder to my hands plus my hands keep tingling & going numb. I do have psoriatic arthritis & it moves around a lot--could be that! Too much texting with my right fingers? An orthopedic surgeon suggested it could originate with neck problems---been going on several weeks--any ideas?
