I Am Having Pain In My Teeth N Ears N

I am having pain in my teeth n ears n lower jaw ..checked tmj too ..all r fine ...what is the reason then ...its been 3 years now ...one more thing I wanna ask I had by Brady tooth broke from side before 3 years ..can it cause the pain in whole jaw n ears. Before some months I had root canal of my baby teeth ..and now m greeting much pain in my left side of lower jaw ...is my that baby tooth only giving me pain to whole mouth ..should I extract it out ..I really wanna get rid of this pain ..
