I Am Having Pain In The Front Of My R

I am having pain in the front of my R hip where the top of my leg meets my body--it is my groin and hurst especially when I am walking and I turn L or R. I have osteoarthritis of the right hip but usually no pain. My R side got wrenched late Feb. when I slipped on some steps but caught myself.
