I Am Having Pain In The Left Hand Side Of

I am having pain in the left hand side of my lower back. In the kidney area. Most people I ask about this tell me it is probably a kidney stone or kidney infection. Other than the pain I do not have any of the other symptoms of kidney infection/stones. No blood or cloudy urine. No lack of urination. Frequency has more to do with the fact I have been drinking a lot of cranberry juice. This is not my back or a muscle. It is worse in the AM and then better as I get up and move around. I have never had stones or kidney infections before. Any thoughts?
