I Am Having Pain In The Left Side Of My

I am having pain in the left side of my lower rib near my back. Yesterday when i pressed on my lower left rib cage it hurt like right on my pancreas but now it doesnt . Now only when i take a deep breath do i feel pain there. Is this a sign of kidney stones ? Or possibly just gas trapped between my liver and colon ? I have no other symptons. No fever , vomiting , nasea , or blood in urine .
