I Am Having Pain In The Lower Part Of My

I am having pain in the lower part of my stomach and pelvis area. Feels like gas bubble and pain lightens after bale movement. Bale movement is normal. Also pain worsens when I have to urinate and lightly to medium pain in the scrodem area when I do go. It's off and on for past week, and worsens when I eat. No fever, diarrhea or anything else abnormal. Antacids seem to sooth it somewhat, but not always.
