I Am Having Pain In The Right Groin Area. My

I am having pain in the right groin area. My MRI says I have "heterogenous marrow signal throughout the pelvis", also a small synovial herniation pit is seen within the right femoral head neck junction. What does this mean? I thought if I had bone cancer, that it would show on an MRI
