I Am Having Pain In The Upper Abdominal Area For

I am having pain in the upper abdominal area for the last ten days.The pain is not severe but after having any food and after passing the stool the pain gets aggravated. I am having "Cyclopam" one daily as advised by my doctor. I am not getting any relief from pain. Here it is important to add that I am a patient of hyperactivity/gas for more than a decade. Please advise.
