I Am Having Pain On My Left Side Near My

I am having pain on my left side near my shoulder blade and along with that I have alot of itching
and numbing. I was thiinking maybe shingles but i do not have the rash thank good ness to go to it can you have shingles from the inside
Also when I breathe it feels heavy
