I Am Having Pain On My Left Side, Under My

I am having pain on my left side, under my rib cage and it goes through to my back. Went to urgent care last week and Dr. prescribed antibiotics for what she thought was a bacterial infection in my intestines . They seemed to help up until yesterday, now I have the same pains back. My stomach has quieted down considerably but the pains have come back.
