I Am Having Pain On My Left Thigh, Hip And

I am having pain on my left thigh, hip and groin. No rash has appeared but pain is getting worse. My clothes rubbing against my skin in these location makes it hurt. I read you could have shingles w/o a rash. This pain started 4 days ago and keeps me awake at night.
