I Am Having Pain Right Below My Caroler Bone It

I am having pain right below my caroler bone it is sour to the touch the pain goes to the back shoulder blade and down to my rib cage on the side of the rib cage it is all so sour to the touch it hurts when I take a beep breath and if I slouch is very painful. I get relief when I lay on my left side and stretch my right arm over my head. Everything is on my right side
