I Am Having Pain Similar To The Pain I Had

I am having pain similar to the pain I had before having an umbilical hernia repaired about 4 years ago. 2 years ago I again had this pain and had to have surgery to repair the hernia repair as the mesh had come loose. Is it possible for the mesh to have come loose again? How urgent is this?
