I Am Having Pain, Swelling, In My Right Ankle That

I am having pain, swelling, in my right ankle that happened suddeh9. I went to bed finr, and woke the next morning and my ankle was hurting and couldn't put much pressure on it! I also have chronic crohns disease, and ulcerative colitis. Having a little bit of a flare. Could it be a link between the two?
