I Am Having Pelvic Pain, That Is Intermittent. It Is

I am having pelvic pain, that is intermittent. It is not daily, but frequently happens, and is on and off during a day. I had prolapsed bladder repair about 3 years ago. I have mentioned it to the urologist who performed the surgery, but he did not think it had anything to do with the lift surgery. Could it be related to my falopian tubes? The pain is on the left as well as the right side.
