I Am Having Periodic Sharp Pain In My Right Hip

I am having periodic sharp pain in my right hip and buttocks area that worsens when I lay down. I have been taking 100 mg per day of Trokendi for migraines for 6 months and am wondering if it could be causing joint pain? I’ve never had any hip problems nor have I injured myself.
