I Am Having Persistent Pain In Lower Right Leg...does Not

I am having persistent pain in lower right leg...does not feel like sciatica... have had that before.....lasts for about 15-20 mins and then goes away. I am 61, female am waiting for complete right hip surgery in a few weeks. Took Aleve around 9am and does not phase this pain. Sometimes the pain is so bad I am sick of my stomach. No fever, chills. Skin is not red or tender to the touch.
