I Am Having Pounding In The Ears And Want To

I am having pounding in the ears and want to know what causes it? I have recently changed from Effexor to Prozac. I knew the possibility of brain zaps but this is different. I have the pounding and I get flushed with it and sweat (like a hot flash) with it. I have also had some sinus problems three days prior to this.
