I Am Having Pressure And Nerve Type Pain In My

I am having pressure and nerve type pain in my upper spine area. I have osteroarthritis and deteriorating disc in my neck also..at first the pain was only up high below neck, and now is in the middle of my back. I am on Gabapentin, and muscle relaxers . My doctor is sending me to therapy and increased the Gabapentin from 300 to 400 a dose...Is there anything else that can give me relief?
