I Am Having Pressure On Right Side Of My Head

I am having pressure on right side of my head by ear for past week I have been hearing fluid flowing. I am on a hormone estradiol 1mg once a day and a low dose due to my age, I didn't realize that meant 1 pill I have been taking 4 for the past year. A friend of mine is a nurse advised that I go to my dr but she thought I may have too much Aspirin in my system . I was wondering should I start back taking low dose I stopped because I ran out and these symptoms started around same time but I have fear of getting a blood clot .
