I Am Having Pressure On The Left Side Of My

I am having pressure on the left side of my throat which causes a weird feeling in my head on the left side. It makes me dizzy and I have some pressure in my chest causing me to have trouble breathing. I've started feeling like I have a pulled muscle on the left side of my chest when it happens now and my heart flutters.
