I Am Having Problem In Hands, Got Infected (Psoraisis). Suddenly

I am having problem in hands, got infected (Psoraisis). Suddenly it starts getting cut, getting heal at one place and again cut in another place. Medicine used earlier was Becosules and Doxil-100. After using it my hands was completely healed and clear. but now it started again, continously applying tigboderm cream. Also changed medicine (Diprolite cream, BIOderm cream), Now i have been given Terbinaforce- plus cream
