I Am Having Problem In My Throat. Feeling Line Something

I am having problem in my throat. Feeling line something stuck in my throat and my Uvula bit increased. Always feels irritation in throat. I went to doctor she gave me some stereos one time and some antibiotic and one allergy medicine for three days but after this loose motion started but throat irritation has not fully recovered. Uvula is still in same size not reduce.
I have a history, 6 month back i had a this kind of problem Uvula had increase very much. I went to a hospital and thy gave some other medicines and steroid its completely gone. That time i did lot of smoking and Drinking before this incident did happened. After that i reduced smoking and drinking now last few week all the weekend i did drinking. its continued from last one month. Now same kind of problem happened and this time the problem is not even resolved after 1 week of medicine and stop smoking and drinking as well.

Please advice.
